Spend on the part of collection that is slowing you down
If you have objects to push but purchases remain slow, compare Cash Boost / Faster Cash with your available income equipment. If you spend most of your time waiting for objects or walking past a crowded field, solve that collection problem first. A larger cash bonus cannot create value from objects you never move into the Void.
Collect 1 Million Items cash upgrades work best as a decision about your current field, rather than a fixed shopping list. Recorded September play shows cash-funded income, movement, spawning, and capacity upgrades. Their current prices and levels belong on the live upgrade screen; this guide does not assign a universal optimal order.
Read the upgrade name before the price
The same balance can pay for changes that serve different purposes. Separate the stat you want from the amount required to buy it.
| Upgrade shown in recorded play | The problem it addresses | Check before spending |
|---|---|---|
| Cash Boost / Faster Cash | Slow income from successful collection | Whether you already have a steady supply of objects to clear |
| Walk Speed / Faster Walk | Slow movement between objects and the edge | Whether moving through the field is your limiting step |
| Faster Item Drops | Waiting between spawns | Whether the platform is often empty |
| Drop Count | Too few objects produced together | Whether you can clear the extra supply |
| Item Capacity | Limited room for objects on the field | Whether the field fills before you clear it |
Cash prices can become very large. A large number beside a purchase is not automatically the capacity it grants or the income multiplier it supplies. Read the stat label and displayed effect before interpreting that number.
The spawn upgrades guide handles timing and batch size. The item capacity guide explains the separate field limit.
Compare a purchase with a repeatable sweep
Use a short check that you can repeat after upgrading:
- Clear a similar part of the field with your currently equipped Pusher.
- Notice whether you waited for spawns, struggled to move through the objects, or earned too little cash for the next purchase.
- Read the price and effect of the upgrade that addresses that problem.
- Buy an affordable level if the effect fits, then repeat the sweep.
- Reconsider the next purchase if a different limitation now dominates.
Keep purchases separate from your income comparison. A falling balance immediately after buying an upgrade does not prove that income became worse; the purchase itself spent cash. Compare collection under similar conditions rather than treating the balance alone as an income rate.
Temporary biome bonuses and changed equipment can also affect the comparison. If the field or displayed bonuses changed between sweeps, do not credit the entire difference to the upgrade you just bought.
Compare income equipment without mixing currencies
Recorded gameplay describes Trails as income equipment. Gem-funded Auras also provide income bonuses in the September update. Compare these options when choosing an income upgrade, but check their currencies and unlock requirements separately.
For a cash Trail, compare the current price and stated boost with the cash upgrade you were considering. For a Gem Aura, look at your Gem balance and the other Gem purchase you would postpone. An equipment purchase also needs an equipment check: ownership and the item currently selected are different things.
The dated official Crimson Trail pass description advertises +5000% income. That is a stated purchase effect, not a verified formula for how all your income bonuses stack. Do not replace the live shop description with a larger number from somebody else’s currency display. The Trails guide explains that equipment comparison separately.
Keep cash, Luck, and resets in their own roles
Cash pays for purchases; Luck concerns discoveries. Claiming Index rewards and using ordinary Rebirth progression improve Luck in recorded play, but they are not interchangeable with buying a cash-income upgrade. Choose the system that matches your present objective.
If you are saving for a Rebirth, compare the current requirement with what an upgrade would cost and how it helps your collection. Avoid following a fixed rule such as spending every available coin or never buying before a Rebirth. The right comparison depends on the requirement and effects actually displayed.
Prestige is a separate deeper reset. September demonstrations describe resetting cash and upgrades along with Rebirth progress while retaining Index collections. Read its current confirmation before spending specifically for a reset plan. The Prestige guide covers rebuilding after that decision.
FAQ
What is the best first cash upgrade?
Start by identifying the limiting step. Income upgrades fit steady successful collection with slow purchasing progress. Spawning fits an empty field; movement and clearing fit a crowded one. Compare the current effect and price before buying.
Does Faster Cash make items spawn faster?
Income and spawning are separate upgrade roles. Recorded menus show Faster Item Drops and Drop Count for spawning. Read the effect of the particular purchase instead of expecting a cash bonus to increase the supply of objects.
Why did my balance fall after upgrading?
The purchase spends cash. That immediate balance change is different from the income earned by later collection. Compare similar sweeps and account for equipment or temporary bonus changes before judging the upgrade.
Should I buy a Trail instead of another cash level?
Compare their current prices and displayed income effects against your present bottleneck. Check that the intended equipment is selected after purchase. No single purchase order or combined-bonus formula is established by the September gameplay examples.
